Scarlett Sage® Design Exclusive© 2016 Scarlett calls these 'trobs' or 'trulls' - tree knobs and tree drawer pulls - hand selected and harvested from seasoned hardwoods right here from her farm in the South. Each trob, or trull, (knob / pull) is as unique as the tree upon which it grew - therefore each product will vary slightly in texture and grain, color and form. Also, each item will be tagged and identified according to tree type when you receive it. This particular style knob measures approximately 1.5" diameter and .75" high. Each piece is inset embellished with an authentic antique copper Indian head penny, circa 1859-1909. The backside of the knob contains the hardware necessary to mount your pull to your drawer or cabinet, including screw and hex nut to hold it in place. You may need to drill the hole in your cabinetry slightly larger to accommodate the size mounting hardware of this knob, as it is a sturdy piece. Each piece has been finely sanded and sealed with a protective, low gloss coating. An organic, rustic piece of Americana for your home, cabin or retreat.
