Everyday Clean
Our 2 dogs are continually in and out of the garden, when it’s wet this means the floors see a lot of dirt brought in. Continually mopping and scrubbing the floors was frustrating and leading to tense moments with the other half (he sees this as the cost of having dogs!). Normally it would take me a good hour or so to vacuum clean, mop and scrub the kitchen floor, sitting room and hallway. Tonight, I gave them the once over with the Bissell H2 in only 20 minutes. Alright, this wasn’t a deep clean and I’ll still need to do that every week, but the results were pleasing. Using a mop I was continually having to change the water as it got dirty quickly. The Bissell used one container of water for all the floors and its’ self-clean. After finishing the floors our 5 month old puppy decided to help in testing it again by weeing on the floor. Two minutes and it was properly cleaned up. Jury is still out but: PROS: Dirty water is not reused, easy to operate, lightweight and manoeuverable, leaves floor almost dry (completely dry in 5-10 mins), long power cable, not bulky and doesn’t take up much storage space, good vacuum cleaning, vacuum and mop in one pass, self-cleaning function. CONS: Noisier than normal vacuum cleaner, leaves 2cm unwashed at edges of floor, only one roller supplied, very small amount of cleaning solution (only enough for 2 fills). So far, quite impressed with Bissell H2.

Bissell Crosswave HF2 is excellent.
I bought the Bissell Crosswave HF2 for my mum to use in our kitchen, hallway, dining room, and bathroom — and it’s been absolutely lovely. It works great, and we’re so glad we chose the corded version, as the power is amazing. The suction is strong, and the ability to clean up both wet and dry messes makes a huge difference. It really does a proper clean — it lifts dirt easily and leaves the floors looking shiny and fresh. Definitely so much better than cleaning by hand! It’s also really easy to clean and maintain after use. Well worth the money and highly recommended.

Great hard floor cleaner.
We have light grey LVT flooring in our kitchen which we were seduced by in the showroom. Great flooring but virtually impossible to keep clean in any room with high footfall as we’ve discovered. Cleaning with floor wipes takes off recent dirt but not the aged ingrained stuff. Tried a deck scrubber with some floor cleaner solution which, after A LOT of elbow grease, eventually removed the stains. Too much effort on a regular basis though. Bought the Bissell HF2 and tried it out earlier. I was a bit cynical given it comes with a soft roller rather than something a bit more abrasive but shut my mouth it actually cleaned really well on first use. The unit was very easy to put together, simple to use and just as easy to clean. I went slow and steady back and forth over each tile and I could visibly see the difference between those tiles that had been cleaned and those that hadn’t. Being a vac the floor was also dry in seconds removing the risk of any damage. Our hot water from the tap was about 45°C so perhaps water up to 60°C as recommended by Bissell would improve the standard of clean further. A bit more cleaning solution would’ve been nice as would the machine cleaning to the edges. In summary, pleasantly surprised and highly recommended.

Highly Recommend
Very Happy with my purchase of the BISSELL CrossWave HF2 At £149 Its one of the cheaper models with a long cord (I prefer corded to uncorded anyway ) I have been struggling to keep my Vynl flooring clean due to ongoing mobility and pain issues with my back. The sheer effort of first sweeping or hoovering then mopping was taking hours and leaving me in absolute agony . This machine has transformed my life So easy to use It’s light weight easy to manoeuvre cleans and washes the floors in one go leaving them spotless and dry, I can clean throughout in less than an hour. It has a self cleaning system that you use when you’re finished then leave the head and filter to air dry for 24 hours and its ready to use again. Other reviews pointed out it doesn’t get quite up to the skirting board, to overcome this before starting to use the machine I use a damp flat micro fibre mop along the edges of the skirting I also purchased the recommended cleaning fluid with the machine after reading a review that pointed out it’s highly concentrated so did what the reviewer suggested and diluted it down to normal strength with water in a clean empty container . It works perfectly and leaves my floors super clean with a subtle fresh smell

Best of the bunch - and I've tried a few!!
I've tried others (including it's battery operated little brother - returned) and wasted fortunes, but at last have found a machine that is effective on my contoured LVT floor. Well made, easy to use and clean. No hesitation in recommending it - miles better in every respect than the Dyson equivalent and others.

Not bad product
I bought this a while ago, I didn't want to leave a review until I used it for a while honest feedback It works great on laminate floor or lvt flooring cleans and washes well my lino not so good because my lino has a grain indentation in it the cleaning is not so good, you have to empty often when cleaning multiple rooms but that's to be expected is to clean out the roller comes of and I clean that every time I use it It has a self clean button that you can use to clean brush which I use when iv finished a room but once floors are done I take it off and wash it properly Over all it's been good but not on lino I am fed up with buying expensive hoovers that just don't last so this one was £130 so price was good I don't think it's worth more than that I do like it hoovers and cleans at the same time over all it's a good product I had it over a year now and it's still going

Brilliant 🤩
This is worth every penny I’d definitely recommend. I had the vax cordless version of this and it broke so I bought another and it broke! This time I’ve gone for a corded version and a different make and the only thing I’m disappointed in is I didn’t buy this one sooner!. I’ve been using it a couple of months now to give it a good try before I wrote this, the power/suction is the first thing that stands out as it’s way more powerful than the vax one I had I was very impressed. Also it’s so much easier to clean after use, hair does not get tangled up in this one like it does in the vax, the bit that collects the dirty water is so much easier to rinse out as it’s a solid plastic bit unlike the vax. The self cleaning function is way better, if you don’t use it for a few days it doesn’t smell unlike the vax had a damp unclean smell. I have two dogs and hard floors so it’s been brilliant to whizz round fast to freshen up the floors, it’s gets rid of all the dog hair and leaves it smelling nice, dries fast too as the suction is powerful there’s barely and water left behind. I still give my floors a mop with a real mop now and then to get round the edges and hard to reach places, I like to use my rubber brush to scrub in the grain in my floor but then I go round with this afterwards too to get rid of the excess water and dog hair. I use this pretty much every day and had no problems at all and would recommend. I bought a massive tub of floor cleaner separately off amazon for it but also sometimes use zoflora in it. As long as it’s not a cleaner that will foam up or bubbles you’re good to go.

Not worth it
Worked ok for a while but now intermittently stops during cleaning. I clean it thoroughly after use and it still smells fusty. I definitely got influenced to buy one of these and wish I hadn’t bothered. Wish I’d stuck with the mop and bucket!
