We bought this map to use as a table plan for our wedding as we had a travel theme. We were looking for a map we could mount on an easel and were thrilled to go one better and find a framed map. It comes complete with map pins which were lovely to be able to use to put string from our tables to the country they were related to. We were able to put a wedding message on the map, and loved the quotes around the edges of the map. It's still on our wall now. The map board is slightly thin so it's a little fragile, but most of the time it's just on the wall anyway. The packaging was great and it arrived in perfect condition.Worked beautifully for us!

5+ stars for the MM guys.Initial map was received, damaged in transit by the courier. The map and backing board inside had been forced out of the frame and badly creased and bent, completely unusable. I contacted MM, and they responded within minutes, and had a replacement on it's way that day, no argument.I have received it and it is fantastic. Wife is incredibly impressed. Can't wait to sit down and have fun sticking the pins in it, re-living all our travels so far, and discussing our future trips.If only all retailers were this good.Thank you MM.

Today is my first wedding anniversary and I presented this gift to my husband who thought it was a fabulous idea. We hung it on the wall and I have to say we were both really impressed with the quality of it. I know some reviewers have been critical of the quotes around the border but I was ok with it...... right up until I saw the quote right at the top from The Prophet Mohammed! The last thing I want in my house are quotes from the Prophet Mohammed. If I wanted quotes from the Prophet Mohammed I would convert to Islam. For me it has completely spoilt the whole present and if I had seen it beforehand, I would have bought something else. I think it is completely "ill thought out" for the manufacturers to have a quote from the Prophet Mohammed for obvious reasons! Disappointed!

It took me a while to find something like this to mark down where i have been and where i would like to go.The bad things is the unneccesary quotes around the side and the fact that it says you can use dri wipe markers on it but you cant, without staining it.
