£7.74 for four staplers is simply a bargain. They work well and even if the first one breaks at some point you've still got three to go!

This was a replacement for my office depot long arm stapler which was for want of a better word "pants". The Manta Ray (i would call it Cobra myself) has a much sturdier feel, with measurements in cm's along the arm. It also came with staples which in this day and age isn't necessarily a given. We use the stapler mainly for stapling the spine of A5 booklets and after testing it on a wad of paper it did not disappoint. I would recommend this product.

I was after a long arm stapler after I had several A5 booklets to bind, and was using a regular stapler with the ol' eraser-under-paper trick/method with mixed results, which I'm sure many of you have used in the past or are still doing so today. Anyway, the price was right at just under a tenner, and it would save me time and my sanity by sticking a stack of creased A4 sheets into this, lining it up and letting it smash the staples in with very little hassle and effort. It seems to work pretty well, although there have been a few instances where staples haven't lined up with the centre, but that may have been my fault as I might not have pushed the sheets all the way up against the guard.The only other thing that may be worth commenting on is that I didn't see a measurement or guide mark for A4 sheets, so I had to adjust the guard manually a few times and test it until I was satisfied that it would staple directly into the centre.All in all, it's a great stapler that will take the hassle and time out of manually stapling A5 booklets, and if you're still using a regular stapler with an eraser, get one of these, you won't be disappointed. A great asset in my new booklet-creating activities...

I read many negative reviews prior to making my purchase so I felt prepared. As soon as I opened the box, I removed the staples provided and put own my standard staples in. I began stapling back together several documents from thin to thick and did not have one problem at all. It does the job I need it to do so I am very pleased with the purchase. Replacing the staples is extremely easy.
