Excellent CCTV Camera for indoor use. Image clarity is awesome. The camera supports the POE function. This is IP IP-based CCTV camera. NVR (not DVR) is required for viewing. The camera has the latest Hikvision firmware, due to which its web interface is different from previous version of firmware.You can hear the voice from this camera. The camera also supports the intercom function but I had not checked it.

i buy 3 hikvisin cameras from amazon and after one month one of the camera stop working aftwr complaning amazon every 15 days they didnt respond and writing so many emails and sharing lots of pictures everytime it is nxt to immposible for lay many to buy so i dnt recommend to buy hikvision product from amazon , rather than buy products from hikvision store , from past 7 months i am not able to get my product replaced or get my money back from amazon becuase amazon is telling to ask from hikvision and hikbision is telling that they are not liable , than why amazon is giving 1 year warrantee on cameras ,

Product is good and new, well packed. Working fine since purchased. Audio is not fine but understood if listen attentively.
