Best dog poop bags I’ve ever tried!
I’ve been using these Doggy Do Good bags for 3 years. I’ve tried MANY before, during, and after that time. These are by far the best, hands down. They are big, but also get wider at the opening which is a huge plus. Most poop bags go straight up from the bottom, which can make pulling your hand full of poo challenging to pull back through the opening. Because of the extra width, it also makes it easy to twist up either into a single knot, or you can even twist it into two ends and tie a regular knot. That’s one of the best things about them imo. They are thick too. Some are so thin you feel like you’re practically touching poop with your bare hands 😝I have one pictured with another compostable brand to show how DDG gets wider at the opening. Now Pet N Pet isn’t bad. I’ve used them before, and it’s what my daughter buys because they’re cheaper. I will use them from time to time and I’m ok with it. They are wider at the bottom, so even though they go straight up they’re at least big enough for me to get my full hand back through. They’re quite a it thinner though. One thing though about the Doggy Do Good poop bags, they recently changed them up slightly with the printing and changed the box label. Right before that, they had a bad batch. I unfortunately got about 3-4 boxes of those bad ones. I knew something must be wrong, because they had been so reliable for years. I reached out to the company directly and told them what was going on. There was tearing and ripping issues, and I did end up having a bag fail mid pickup; the last thing in the world anyone wants to have happen! It was so disgusting 🤢 They of course were extremely apologetic and immediately sent me replacement boxes. They encouraged me to order from them directly, but 1) they kept being out of stock of the bags and wipes I use and 2) with my Amazon subscription pricing it was slightly less money last time I checked. If that changes, I will definitely order from them directly as I always prefer that. My point is, if you get a box that looks different from the picture on the product page, be wary. You’ll know as soon as you try to tear a bag if it’s the old defective ones. It’s been several months, so I’m pretty sure those have been replaced by now. Just a heads up.Oh, as for composting, I don’t generally use them for that. However, I was staying in Vermont for about half a year where they had industrial composting drop off. They took dog poop and cat litter! I know, sounds odd , but I learned that with industrial composting you can put that kind of stuff in there because of the high temperature process. I was keeping the full poop bags in a can lined with large compostable bags that I then took to the drop off. Of course I’ll never know how well they broke down, but I appreciated the ability to do that and not put it in the landfill. My main reason for using compostable bags was the hope that it could be at least slightly better for the environment even going into the landfill. It was a bonus for me that they are also the best!

My Favorite Pet Waste Bags
I use these pet waste bags when scooping my cats’ litter boxes. They are exactly as advertised…strong, easy to open, leak proof, they reduce odor, and I like that they are eco-friendly. I’ve tried several different brands of bags and these are my favorite. I highly recommend them.

An absolute must for a new dog owner
To learn how to do this for the first time, this bag really served the purpose. I feel confident when also pulling surrounding weeds, and the bag does not tear nor feel like it is dangerously close to tearing. I’ve gotten a compliment from my neighbor for how well an easy it cleaned up. I recommend you tear a bunch of them in your fanny pack as you take your dog for a walk, because the role is cumbersome to perforate, the spot when you need it, you should be able to easily access and pull one from your bag

When they don't tear, they are great!
I love this product and use it all the time. Usually, they hold a ton of material, don't leak and and best of all? Great for the environment!!! BUT...the bags from my last two shipments seem to tear right off the roll and are fragile. I wonder how long they were sitting on the shelf because I surmise they are beginning to degrade. It is super frustrating to worry the product will rip while taking a special delivery from the litter box to the garbage!

Love These Bags
These bags are great! They are easy to unroll, large and are very soft-almost stretchy, versus the stiff plastic that can tear. EW.

BEWARE- POOP HANDS
I try to go through life without having to touch poop. These bags do NOT help that goal. Back when I first started ordering these, they were great. Loved the material, easy to open, etc. I have them on my subscribe and save to get 5 boxes every 5 months. There have been at least 2 batches where the bags are absolute GARBAGE. You can try to rip it off the roll as gently as humanly possible, and it’ll still completely rip. We’ve been able to use MAYBE 3 per roll. They all ~will~ rip. The only useable ones are bags that rip near the top and you stop moving quick enough so that it doesn’t rip anymore. If you even get that far, good luck actually picking up poop with it. It’s like picking up poop with tissue paper- if someone had unplied that tissue paper. AND if you magically manage to get the poop off the ground in the bag, as soon as you turn it inside out, it falls right through.TLDR: If you buy these bags and get a bad batch, you WILL get poop on your hands. You may as well just pick it up with your bare hands. That would be much less frustrating than opening, ripping, and throwing out a whole roll. Bag. By. Bag.

Big durable bags for those big dumps
I left one of these outside on the grass for one or two weeks. It rained and snowed. It was only slightly sticky when I went to go use it. But I like knowing it is biodegradable. They can fit both of my hands when trying to scoop up those big poops my Doberman makes. They’re also pretty durable. Gone through maybe 15-20 rolls. Haven’t had any issues with tears yet. And the bright green color is very visible! Highly recommend these!! Especially in the largest pack!

Eco Friendly Poop bags
The poo bags were easy to open, the right size for my small dog and they are durable. The little peel sticker that holds the roll together when you first use the roll is very sticky and I made a small hole in the bag but it didn't effectthe overall effectiveness of the bag.

Perfect BPI Compost Bags for Large Dogs
Perfect for large dog owners who want a compost friendly solution. They are BPI certified, which is a must where I live. The bags are bigger than expected, which is especially nice when you have a bigger dog. The bags are of high quality and is thicker than other compostable doggie bags I've tried. I didnt notice any added perfume scent from the bags (which i perfer anyways), and they do hold the dog poop smell very well. They open very easily without to much fumbling around.Highly recommend, I'll be buying these from now on.

Unscented
These dog waste bags are a good size, larger than usual, are compostable, and unscented. They are also durable and very good for the job for which they are designed.

A good product - bags are huge!
Very happy to see a non-plastic product on the market. Quality is very good. My only quibble is that the bags are needlessly large, so more waste than required. I have a 37kg (over 80 lbs) dog and his business does not require a bag this big.

Love this product
This product is really good. I use it for my cat litter Also it is great because it does not smell in the garbage, before I take the garbage out.
