Beautiful earring I received today .. but I was unable to open the clasp of the earrings .. after trying hard I was able to open one of it ..But other one is not opening at all and ended up hurting my nails ..Anyone else face the same ? Is it defective product for me or is it so hard to open the clasp ? I'm planning to return it
