PartyXplosion face paints are very creamy and can be activated with minimal amount of water. Aqua face paints can be applied seamlessly with a damp makeup sponge or a small brush. As per US FDA recommendations, reds and blues (including greens and purples) and neon colors should not be used around eyes and lips.
