This has got to be the best cream I have ever used for itchy skin! I’m not saying it’s the best in terms of most natural, I do prefer to go down the natural route when I’m trying to heal something, but if you have severely itchy skin that is just constant and stops you from sleeping then this is definitely one to try. It is the only product that has ever stopped the itching for me, and I have tried and spent money on lots of different products in the hope that they would do that, but they never did. There’s lots of great products out there that can heal long-term, but in terms of stopping that itching almost instantly they never did that. This product does what it says and after about 2 to 3 minutes for me this intense cooling effect, due to the menthol, sweeps over your skin and just instantly cools down the itch to the point where it no longer itches. It gives you a few hours of peace where you are able to relax or sleep if it’s night time, because we all know that itching is heightened when you’re trying to sleep at night. Some people have mentioned that as soon as you put it on there is a burning feeling, I never experienced that, there was a bit of a tingling which made me question whether it was going to work but just give it a few minutes and then this intense cold sensation comes over and the itching just goes away, at least it did for me! I would definitely recommend doing a small patch test on a small area first just to make sure it doesn’t make your skin feel worse, as it is very high in menthol, but for me that is what worked and as I said it is the only product I’ve ever found of its kind that works! If you have been struggling with intensely itching skin definitely give this a try, I will not be without this product now. The only con is the price is quite expensive but for the relief that you get it really is worth it. I first ordered the small tube to try and was so impressed I immediately ordered the large bottle, which although is expensive it lasts much longer. The tube is good though to carry around with you to use out and about if needed. 100% recommend.

I am suffering from terrible itching in both arms. No creams or antihistamines have helped at all. I bought this expensive cream to try as I am desperate. It is easy to apply and rubs in well. It definitely helps and is the first thing that has. To say it's called a cooling cream is a bit misleading as a couple of minutes after application my arms are on fire. They feel and smell like I have rubbed Olbas oil on to them. The skin burns but this is preferable to the intolerable itching. When the burning stops I have a period of respite from the itching usually long enough for me to get to sleep. If I wake in the night itching again I reapply and lay there burning again but as I say this is preferable to the itching. In the morning my arms feel well moisturised. I am glad that I bought this product even though it was very expensive as it has given me a few nights of sleep and that is definitely value for money.

Having suffered from night-time itchy skin for over 4 years, this is the best relief I’ve discovered so far. It takes a little getting used to as the menthol ingredient makes the skin tingle and feel cold for half an hour after application, but when I’ve woken scratching my itchy skin, an application of the lotion brings rapid relief so I can sleep again.

This has been a godsend. I have used it to relieve a hot and itchy urticaria rash. It is cooling and soothing and only takes 5 mins from application to relieve the heat and itchiness. The only negative is that the pump style bottle stops working when there is still about 1/5 of the lotion still in the bottom of the container. So each time, I have cut open the container and transferred the remaining lotion into another clean container, so it’s not wasted. It’s a bit pricey, but it’s the only product I tried that really does the job and very quickly too. The cooling element is largely achieved by the menthol in the formula. It doesn’t have a lingering smell either.

Not hugely impressed, failed to experience any clear advantage over other creams.

Stops the itching immediately. Has a menthol cooling feeling that really helps calm the itch and cools it down/which calms it down. Works fabulously, truly!
