I honestly don’t know how to feel about this, as it’s obviously not chemical to the point of going to the dentist and getting your teeth professionally whitened (as I’m in the uk and products like crest whitening strips aren’t allowed for general purchase) , however , I definitely noticed some whiteness improvement , and I drink black coffee and Diet Coke due to working shifts , so that’s definitely a bonus. I’d say this toothpaste is better for a colour maintenance than it is changing the colour drastically , but that’s ok and I’m happy with the purchase . Nice thick consistency for a toothpaste, subtle minty flavour and I really like the packaging (almost upscales the toothpaste game!). Overall a good purchase but don’t expect bright and white from it!

Its o.k. smooth not gritty. Seems reasonable quality. Not harsh on guns. However lightening? Didn't notice.

I didn't realise how much this whitened my teeth until it was out of stock! I used another good brand, but it just didn't combat the daily stains from tea and coffee. It's worth every penny and leaves your mouth feeling squeaky clean too! A little also goes a long way.
