brilliant 2 phase stepper motor controller
brilliant 2 phase stepper motor controller for Nema 17 & 23 motors. Everything is in the device... just connect power & motor. We use these for driving M6 metal taps into Aluminium on a Nema 23 motor. Excellent handy package

after 3 only a few hours over months use the unit has become unstable and slows down for no apparent reason.

Useless product
After using for a very short time it overheated and cut out. No instructions were provided with the product so I messaged the seller for help but got no reply.

I've only tried it in its most basic mode which worked perfectly right out of the box. As others have pointed out it is unfortunately delivered without any instructions. Many have also written that no instructions are available online as well. That seems to have changed. Simply searching for "zk-smc02 instructions" will net you several hits. The instructions are also detailed and written in pretty much perfect english. So there's no problem what so ever to understand them. I have no idea why the seller doesn't include a copy of the instructions with the controller. Or at least a qr code or web adress where it can be found. The front panel wobbles a bit which gives it a cheap feel but doesn't affect function in any way. So I couldn't care less. The one downside with the controller, at least for me, is that it is delivered without a back cover. I'm seems to be meant for installation in a panel so I can understand why it's not included. All in all a good product. Just remember to search the web for the manual!
