Resound Compatible Hearing Aid Domes Open Smokey Ear Tips Replacement 8mm (Medium 20pcs Pack)

I have a Jabra hearing aids and these are a perfect replacement and at a much cheaper cost than ordering thru the manufacturer. I change out my domes every time I replace wax filters ( about once a month) and these definitely make this a more affordable option.

These are terrible compared to Resound tips. The tips are much flimsier and tend to pop inside out regularly. The inner ring (that connects the tip to the hearing aid) is much thinner than the original and causes the tip to pop off the hearing aid easily. I had to go to the clinic to get one of the tips removed from my ear after it had popped off the hearing aid while just wearing it normally. The doctor who treated me told me to throw every single one of these tips away so I never use them again. In the comparison pictures the left darker tip is the Resound tip, the right lighter thinner tip is the MicroEar branded tip.

Arrived in Thailand from USA 2 days ahead of the estimated delivery date.Product itself is OK but a lot thinner than expected - as compared to original resound products. They function as intended but tend to turn inside out when they are removed from the ear canal (This is easily corrected by pushing it back in place). Unable to judge whether they will have a shorter lifespan than the original products - yet.Overall however, the product is very good for the price.

perfect fit, quality product

As I've aged, I have lost my ability to hear some high frequencies. The ear tips my hearing doctor gave me with my hearing aids were solid, fit snugly, and blocked out other frequencies that I could hear fine. I had to tear off half of those he gave me to allow sound in the range I could hear to enter my ear canal. This made them not fit well and feel uncomfortable.This ear tip has openings all around that let all sound through. It is also small, and I don't feel like I have earplugs blocking my ears. I really like this product.

To small ordered medium dones

These open domes are the type and size my Audiologist recommends I use with my Resound Omni hearing aids. They fit well on the hearing aid and appear to do the job. The material the domes are made from is soft and flexible which may be more comforting to wear but after about a week’s use they seemed to want to work themselves out of my ear canal and would flip inside out when removing them from my ear. Its not totally a show stopper but you just need to remember to check the dome and flip it back if needed before positioning them in your ear. Overall they they worked pretty good.
