The product is good but if you install snorkel it will obstruct the snorkel to close the bonnet.Try snorkel the Jimny will really move faster

Well spent money
At first I didn't pay attention to the fact that the mounting brackets are different. There are no other instructions than the pictures at Amazon.My first fitting attempt failed. The struts bottomed out so I couldn't close the hood. But after reviewing the pictures at Amazon I figured out what I had done wrong.The struts holds the bonnet very well. Actually one strut is enough to keep the hood open.These struts should be standard equipment but as they are not adding them is a plus not having to use the old fashioned hood prop rod.One warning though ... When closing the hood be aware that the last bit comes down fast and might smack your fingers if you're not aware of its behaviour.

Le queda súper bien al Suzuki Jimny! Se eleva fácil solo que al cerrar cae un poco brusco! Hay que tener cuidado con las manos al cerrar pero todo bien!

worth adding
its been installed for 6 months and dont regret the purchase - its so much easier than holding the bonnet and trying to insert the rod - this should be standard in a jimny but as its not a recommended addition !
