So if I buy something on Amazon I like to sort it by the best rated. Usually that leads me to something I end up liking.My fellow reviewers, you have been a tremendous help, but this worked out badly.The damn stuff falls apart. Who thought this texture was a good idea? Nothing personal, guys, but I don't see what you're going for with this. Such weird texture.Whatever, so I ate it heroically. I tried grating it in a fancy cheese grater. Meh. Tried melting it. Also meh. I shared it with the fam. They seemed OK with it. Not a total waste.I hated seeing it in my fridge, the yellow rectangle b*stards.

The cheese was just ok. It was very dry like the was old or expired. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t order again.
