Fits and Works!
It was recommended by my PT person. Fits perfectly on my size 10 foot. Holds up my dropped right foot, but is flexible and lets me operate the accelerator in my car. Do not need to get a larger shoe. It's a little thought to get the stocking on over the brace, but when I do the appearance is very satisfactory. I'm pleased with it and bought two more to have when I wash the one I'm wearing and when the velcro wears out, which many reviews have already commented. I'm pleased and recommend for anyone with a dropped foot. LATER EDIT: I purchased several for my right foot. One has poor Velcro; another has excellent Velcro. Both work for me because I wear a sock which holds the straps in place. I am very happy with the product. It allows me to press on the accelerator when I drive which a solid brace does not allow while holding up my foot when I walk.

I absolutely love this. I wish I would’ve had it a long time ago. I’ve been suffering with the foot drop for over a year. This thing works way better than my expensive Insurance approved brace

Good function, good for hard surfaces.
Excellent brace for foot drop. Easy to use and it has rubber bottom so you don't slip on hard surfaces. Alot don't . I do agree that the Velcro grip does weaken over time.

good, not great
It's not strong enough to keep your toes up in a shoe, but its good for around the house and for sleeping. In a shoe it stabalizes my ankle so itvdoesnt roll as easy. velcro wears out too fast. had to order a sercond one for safety, but really the company should com up with a better system.

Good, Good brace and company.
I really like this brace. I have complete Foot Drop and this brace allows me to get around the house just fine. I also have an $1100 custom AFO brace that I use for more strenuous walking. But this Omeer works in most situations. The one flaw that I have found is the bottom wore out long before it should have. I had it for several months of limited use. I contacted the company through Amazon and 'Jason' got back to me right away. He mailed me a new replacement that only took a few days to receive. Can't thank 'Jason' and Emeer enough for standing behind their product.
