Warning!
This product produces a high pitch that damages your inner ear. I followed the instructions and tested it at all 3 sound levels. As soon as I placed it in my ear, a high pitch was emitted from the device; I tested both items, for the left and right ears.Don't play with your health as I did. Damage to your inner ear as a result of placing this device inside your hearing canal can be permanent. Instead of helping hear better, this product does the opposite by bombarding your inner ear with a damaging high frequency.Buyer be aware!

Great little hearing aids
These are great little hearing aids. It took a minute to get the fit right as without a good seal in the ear they definitely have a little screeching sound but when you get the right for they work awesome. Had the fiance try them and he could hear me whispering from another room. They work so well. They come with several different sizes and styles of ear cushions so you can find the best fit. They are very small and can barely be seen when wearing. Very simple one button design for turning on and volume adjustment. I would purchase these again. No more yelling across the room to be heard.

How disappointing!
Most everything has been a disappointment; the instructions were inadequate; I never figured out why none of the ear buds looked like the starting pair, nor was there any info as to why. I finally started with the initial set, which fit somewhat, just to test the sound quality. I was stunned by how extremely loud they were, and really unhappy with the fact that everything was "tinny" and almost too loud to bear. This isn't my first set of aids - I've used various ones for more than 5 years - but they were the most unpleasant to try to converse with a small group of friends. To give them a fair trial, I plan to use them for at least 4-5 hours a day for the rest of the week, but I suspect they'll end up going back.

Okay
These were okay. We returned them because they were a little clunky for those with small ears.

Ease of using and not bulky or heavy
Got this for my grandma, she has mild hearing issues. She was big opponent to use the hearing aid. This is light on her ears, it has various size options for a good fit and the ear tips are comfortable. Build quality is good, setup is easy. She has been using daily and has liked it. She has no trouble in hearing, have helped her a lot.

Great price and high quality with one concern.
Love the rechargeable feature and no need to keep replacing batteries. Fits comfortably (once you attach the right size ear bud for your ear).Great quality, easy to turn on and off or adjust sound level. But that is where my one concern comes up.Unlike my older over the ear with size 13 replaceable batteries, these in the ear does not have a wheel to adjust sound level. It has 3 settings, low, medium and high. I only use low because my hearing is not bad enough to require medium or high. And even on low, it is sometimes a little too loud and I wish it would be set with a bit lower amplification. In a quiet room, I can sometimes hear a slight hiss that occurs with each sound or word syllable. It’s not too annoying but it is there and I have no way of reducing amplification. Maybe a fourth setting for quiet mode would help. I’m fortunate to not be very hard of hearing; I just have some trouble understanding conversation in an otherwise noisy room. So I am debating with myself about keeping or returning them but for the price and the benefit of recharging instead of replacing batteries and of fitting it in my ear instead of over, I’m leaning towards keeping. One last thing. If you get a little feedback squeal, it is likely you don’t have it seated properly or you are using the wrong size soft ear bud attachment. It needs to seal against the sides of your ear canal. If there is a space open, sound can echo off your canal and cause feedback (if that is the right word. Once I changed to the double bud clear attachment that came with several other size choices, that problem stopped. Btw, an audiologist could have probably told me that but I did not use one. I just bought these on my own whim. So there was a learning curve.

Too Loud
I I could hear every rustle of paper or clang of a pot or pan. But I couldn’t turn the volume down low enough. I couldn’t understand the TV because it was so loud it came out garbled it might be good for somebody very hard of hearing not for mild.
