I have returned this extender booster the booster would not connect to virgin media I followed the instructions given to me from the help online still would not connect contacted Virgin Media for help still would not connect .

Brill bit of kit, working better than I was expecting worth the money spent just plug it in set it up and off you go.

Setup via WPS seemed to be the answer for me as the browser setup just didn't quite work -- probably user error! Product is quick and easy to configure and runs flawlessly so far (I'm on it now with a strong signal, where once was very weak). Definitely recommend.

It's ok, does the job but has some issues. In terms of connection, the strength is good and achieved the best it can. In terms of actual use, it's not quite as straightforward. I have a nice solid 500 meg internet connection and at best via this device I have hit 470. That's fair enough, it's wireless after all. I also don't locate it in the best place for signal, not completely out of choice but it does a decent job. Reasons for lower rating I expect a device to be plugged in and operate at the same level unless some outside force changes that. I also expect to be able to access a devices interface to change settings after initial setup, again something you can't do in bridge mode. Approximately once a week the device goes into intermittent connection mode. This basically means I get good internet then a complete drop for about a minute and back to good internet and this goes on and on until I reset it. It's not convenient as it's location is almost unreachable and having to unplug and plug it in instead of a restart button makes it wholly a pain. Is it good value for money, aside from the above? yes. Would I recommend a non technical user to get one? no. Is it fast enough for general use? Yes Can it work from behind a desk? Yes

Très facile à installer. Je ne suis pas une pro, j'ai lu les consignes et ça fonctionne. J'ai mis le répéteur à mi-chemin entre la box et la pièce qui ne captait rien. Résultat, on est passé d'une connexion presque inexistante à un débit avec la fibre d'environ 150mbts. Moins bien que les 300 à 400 dans les autres pièces ou la fibre est captée mais largement suffisant pour faire fonctionner une tv connectée. Le répéteur fait son job. A voir la durée dans le temps.

These products are well built and work well. I have purchased both the older version AX1200 and the new AX1500. Build quality is excellent, they are super easy to setup. I have used them as both a Wi-fi extender and as a ethernet to wifi converter. I had to contact tech support regarding an issue I had, and they were super responsive and resolved my issue very quickly. Performance on these units is also very good. For the money they offer very good value.
