I really like this vest and it is great for weight training. I chose size large but could have gone for the medium as I feel the large is slightly over size, would like it to feel tighter on me. It is super comfortable and makes you feel really nice being like a crop top. Price and delivery acceptable. No other complaint yet and I will probably wash by hand and air dry. I may order more sometime in the future and even a different colour.
