Sturdy When Installed Correctly
I knew nothing about these wall racks, so I relied heavily on Amazon and other reviews and product descriptions. It seems many companies are marketing the same item for a very wide range of prices. I settled on the Upella model based mostly on price, reviews, and shipping. My takeaway is that this is a sturdy product and just as advertised. It shipped very quickly with all the parts and pieces. The instructions were typical of what you might expect, a bit confusing but manageable. My main concern was how well it held my guitars. So far so good, although I have only hung my lightest guitars. The unit has remained firmly attached to the wall, with no signs of stress or pulling away, using the supplied wall anchors. I will probably purchase more as the need arises. However, I might use large toggle bolts next time. It's not that I don't trust the supplied anchors and screws, they are of nice size and quality and seem to be doing the job. But experience has made me leary of wallboard used in construction these days.Recommended product.

Pretty good! Really does hold!! ... NOT EXACTLY.. *EDIT.
*EDIT- Had this for about 4-6 months now. I DEFINITELY HAVE HAD TO REINFORCE THIS TO THE WALL. Granted, it is FULLY LOADED. But the screws into the drywall WILL FAIL EVENTUALLY... and NOT SURPRISINGLY. I have now reinforced this thing at 3 different points, with a nice HEFTY bolt into the wood!!I have 10 solid-body electrics on it! Still holding and feels solid! Granted, there are like FORTY or FIFTY screws with those expandable plastic slot things. You WILL need a drill with this. I broke one of the little tabs that connect each piece, which is kind of a bummer, but I was still able to easily put it together and get it installed. Entire installation takes a good hour or more, so plan for that. Guitar hanger/holders are adjustable so you can angle the guitars hanging. Pretty cool, and rather inexpensive!

Hangers too narrow for classical guitar
The hangers work great for typical 1 5/8 neck. My classical guitars don’t fit well

Works Great
This wall hanger is exactly the same as, and parts are interchangeable with, the expensive brand but this is a lot cheaper (I bought both). Fairly easy to install, but definitely DON'T use the wall anchors supplied unless you want your guitars to fall off the wall. Always try to screw into the studs or use good wall anchors.Very nice looking and holds a lot more instruments than if you used individual wall hangers with guitars flat against the wall. I had to do something better/more efficient than those individual hangers because I was getting more guitars than would fit on my walls (over 50). With these, now my guitars all fit.

Good Value and Works. Make Sure Hangers are Seated before Hanging Guitar.
If you want to hang several (heavy) electrical guitars just make sure you mount to studs. I like how you can adjust the angle of the neck holders and how you can easily slide guitars into position (you can space them out or move them close together.) Just make sure the hangers are seated top and bottom before hanging and releasing the guitar. I have a couple of heavy ones and I'm shocked and impressed that the narrow pipe extensions do well to stay straight despite how far they extend out.
