Update: I’m changing my rating because of this company’s customer service.They really care about customer satisfaction and opinion, and they’re taking every word under consideration!I hope they’ll come up with a product that deserves full ratings.Old review: This is NOT certified for Apple because it needs a 3rd party app to run it (which I don’t trust)!As an idea or design, both are impressive! But when it comes to using it, the original (files) app on iPhone/iPad is not recognizing it, which means it has to be run using 3rd party app!No thank you!

This the is the 3rd try at buying a memory stick that works pretty well. Only day one today so will see how it goes. Will update again after using it for a while.Had no issues inserting it into my iPhone. Worked right away. Just had to figure things out. Started downloading a lot of photos but in smaller batches of up to 25 photos. Worked great and quick. Then I went to transfer those photos to my iPad. I got an error message. So unplugged the stick and replugged it in and it worked. Still had another error message pop up while looking at one of the photos. But that error cleared up as well. I am hoping it works well and I don’t lose any photos. Then I went and plugged it into my Mac. Worked great! No issues there.It is not flimsy, appears to be good quality. Has a place to add a lanyard. I added the wrist lanyard.24 hours later after receiving it not bad. Some quirks but fixable ones.

Very handy for transferring photos from my I Phone to computer, basic no muss, no fuss way to transfer plus has 128GB storage if I don’t want to transfer immediately.

I liked the easy tutorial on how to transfer my storage from my iPhone to this storage flash drive. It mainly did its job in storing my photos ,but I did not like how complicated it was to transfer photos and keep a track on which photos moved and which ones were unsuccessful. I also tried to transfer my storage to a MacBook but for some reason I couldn't connect the device to the computer.

I bought it for one reason and that was to be able to download all all the crap from my phone to this external hard drive so I can then delete it off my phone and then be able to do the upgrade or the update for Apple because it was getting on my nerves that pop up that came on my phone every time I turn my phone on but couldn't do the update because my phone was too full. I didn't have no storage so I bought this to fix that and it did that and left over my biggest concern when I bought it was it wouldn't be enough room for all my crap on my phone, but lo an, it's more than enough and I still have room to fill up, more than half still left actually,, Really good product!
