Does the fabric end up stretching over time, or will they keep their size and not stretch out to be bigger?

My husband has probably 10 pairs of these and I do a ton of laundry. These so far have not stretched out like his regular Hanes ones have. The Hanes got so lax we’ve had to throw some pairs away. So far so good with the bamboo cool.

What is the inseam length? 6"? 9"?

My husband has never really measured it, but it looks to be around 6". They aren't very long. Hope this helps.

are these 100% cotton?

No they are made from Bamboo. Much softer and more comfortable than cotton.

Do these prevent chaffing?

I usually use a bit of baby powder on hot days but recently with these I haven’t had any issues. No rolling, no falling waist band and I wash these with the rest of my laundry and air dry. I walk like 10 miles a day depending on workload and used to chaff real bad in the Texas summer
