The shoe itself is comfortable and nice if you could get into it. Amazon has a way of putting two different sizes on one shoe. Example m 8.5/w 10. Twice the wrong size was sent to me twice I've tried to make it correct. Until they learn how to separate the sizes from men and women this is not going to work.

After directly contacting Kizik after having these shoes for just over 2 months, I was informed that the company does not stand behind the product within a 3 month wear. Due to that, we are unable to provide a guaranteed lifespan for individual shoes. I apologize for any frustration surrounding that.

The padding around the ankle wears out very quickly, like a hole in the material in 2 months. This hasn't happened to me with any other shoe in 40 years. This is my 2nd pair of this brand of shoe. Same thing happened with the first pair as well.

I wore these shoes for 12 hours the day they arrived! Very comfortable, perfect fit!

This is my second pair of Kizik shoes. I LOVE my first pair, wear them all the time. This pair though has a shorter heel height which causes a different grip at the back of the shoe. While this situation might be okay for most people, it unfortunately presses a bit against where my plantar fasciitis hurts. Thus, I cannot wear this pair nonstop like I do the other.
