So glad I got this! There’s plenty of room for all my inhalers, including my aero chamber and a couple of backups. It’s super durable. It’s perfect size for what I needed. I just upgraded from a cross body too this because I have a bunch of different meds I need to have on me at all times just in case something happens. We will see how it holds up
