Doc Miller TED Hose Knee High Anti Embolism Stockings, 15-20mmHg, M-4XL

I recommend these stockings! After a knee replacement, my physical therapist suggested that my surgery center issued TED stockings were too small. As they were REALLY hard for my husband to help put on, I checked the sizing guide and purchased these Doc Millers. They are a bit easier to get on but still have appropriate compression and don't settle into uncomfortable lines requiring adjustment like the original ones. I'm happy with my purchase.

I ordered an xl they were to big, then ordered a l and they are so tight, I needed help getting them on. To big-to small. Hmm

They did their job, I was happy with that. I just wish they were a little longer.

My husband had quadruple bypass surgery and was supposed to wear compression hosiery for 6 weeks. However he couldn’t stand the toe hole in the pair sent home with him. These compression socks worked so much better for him. They stretched to just below his knees, unlike the pair from the hospital that bunched up behind his knees. He also said his toes weren’t squished together either. I washed them in a laundry bag and dried them on a low temperature setting. There was no noticeable shrinkage or wear. His physical therapist asked where he got them. His surgeon said these compression socks were doing what he needed them to do.

They are sturdy but wasn’t able to get them on because they were too small. Size up a couple sizes.

These stockings were perfect post surgery for circulatory support. Toe hole is adequately sized. Compression was great and they were used a lot the first week post surgery. Highly recommend. Make sure you get the right size for your legs.

The sizing guide was not valid for my purchase. Simply, the stockings did not fit. They were shorter than knee high. The circumference was too small. I recently had a full hip replacement and believe that I need to wear anti embolism stockings. Unfortunately, Doc Miller's TED hose knee high anti embolism stocking will not work for me.

Surgeon said to only wear them in bed or off of your feet. Due to poor circulation in my legs and feet, these have kept my legs and feet warm. Very comfortable, easy to put on and take off.
