What pressure (psi) would you recommend filling this to?

My husband fills it to quite firm. It is made of good quality so we fill it almost max.

What are the stings and plastic grommets for? There are no instructions.

I suspect they are for pulling and towing. We use this float in the pool, so we have no need for them. This float is large and my teenage grandkids love it !!!!
