Editing this review to describe routine and a warning.I’m using this multiple times per week. I suggest building to this to avoid injury. I’ve experienced edema only once. Note you may experience a “tanning” of your private parts as you use this which doesn’t bother me at all.Routine: lube slightly and enter as erect as possible. 2.5 minutes at level 2. Press valves button to temporarily relieve pressure, increase to level 3. 2.5 minutes, relieve pressure, increase to level 4. Leave at this level, pressing the valves button every 2.5 minutes, for a total time of 20 minutes. Note I’ve been at this a couple of months and have noted no permanent effects other than the tanning.When using this I STRONGLY recommend holding the device by forming a “knife edge” with the bottom of your hand to separate the device from your testicles. Press somewhat firmly with the knife edge into your groin. This will serve as a barrier to prevent your testicle(s) from being sucked into the device. This happened to me twice and is not fun. Holding the device like this has prevented further occurrences of that.I’m using this to improve consistent erection quality, if it helps with length, well that’s a bonus. My routine will be citruline and beet powder supplements in the morning followed by a 10-20 minute “workout” using this pump, every weekday morning.
