Can you order extra keys for this lock ?

You can a code with lock and you can order additional keys with it

Can you lock from either end with a key or does it come with a built in key on the internal side?

Unless it states 3 star / t turn i.e. thumb turn, it has a key hole at both ends. The thumb turn means you can open the lock on that side without a key. You would see the thumb turn if it had one in the picture, this does not.

Is the actual size 40+40+40 making it 90mm?

hi, this is an 80mm euro cylinder 40 ex-40 internal = 80mm ,not sure where you got 3 x 40 = 90 ? = 120mm

I lost the key code identification card supplied with the key! Can I retrieve it online somehow with the product guarantee?

If the key code is not on the key and in my case it is not then you cannot have further keys cut. Try contacting the supplier because in some cases they may have registered that key to your address as a security measure.
