I purchased these massage lacrosse balls to replace the ones I somehow “lost” which most likely means one of my grandchildren claimed them as their own. These are absolutely perfect for working out those deep, hard-to-reach knots. They’re solid, firm, and provide just the right amount of pressure to really target tight muscles. I use them for my back, shoulders, and hips, and they work incredibly well every time. If you deal with tight muscles or stubborn knots, these are an ideal purchase. Durable, effective, and exactly what I needed. And this time? I’ll definitely be hiding them.

I recently returned a different set of massage balls that smelled awful. These have a faint rubber/silicon scent but it is not offensive or strong. That alone makes these superior. I love the colors and they're true to the photos. I also like the firmness of these. Not rock hard, not soft. They're going to be primarily for my plantar fasciitis treatment - working out my calves. Only downside is that they do gather hair, sisal string from the cat tree, etc. Other reviews mentioned it. However, I've been able to blow off 90% of it with my lungs. And being a highly sensitive person, I can say this is sufficient for me. It was a bonus that these were also about $1 cheaper than the ones I returned. Like $6+tax. I recommend.

I bought these to help get some knots out of my back and they are exactly as described. They are a little bit too big since I am petite so I would prefer getting an actual trigger ball that is smaller. I like that these come in different colors. If you get a true trigger point ball they sometimes can be made out of hard foam so they are a little bit more lightweight. Just make sure you know that class has a bit of weight to it.
