There are a few drivers and updates to configure. This is not a bad device whatsoever. I had complications, but it just had too many things that need to be addressed. To the company: please revise your tutorial. Hire a translator. Because with the correct direction and instructions for each of these I/o board, I garuntee 100% you would sell more of these. Just reevaluate your troubleshooting with video tutorials or have a responsive customer service to call. By the time I figured out what was wrong with the device, I already placed in an order for a less complicated work around. I would love to give you an example to what I mean if your interested. Thanks.

Use this to re-flash your otherwise dead Syncrobit miner
Picked this up to flash 3rd party firmware on 4 of my Syncrobit Helium miners that would have otherwise been worthless. There are many videos on the process, but this was the lowest cost device that I can confirm works. Check out forums on available firmware options and pick this up if you have a CM4 that did not use the factory SD card slot.
