Very easy and quick to apply to a seam, no-matter the changing line direction of the seam. Easy to see where the fluid has been applied, as the track of the application is slightly glossy in appearance. It is possible for some of the fluid to escape through stitching (as the consistency of the fluid is very watery), so check it has not gone seeped through; and if it has remove it. For the same reason, be aware that if the fluid does leak through and is left to set, that it will bond with various even slightly porous surfaces. One bottle of this fluid was sufficient to cover the seams of my entire extra large raincoat with some fluid left over. The end-results have been great.

Brilliant ! My gazebo leaked between the seams over our furniture. This has worked a treat. It appears to be holding up at the moment. Only time will tell how long it lasts for.

Helped to waterproof an old and much loved tent where the old PU layer had degraded and the seam tapes had started to come loose. Had to wash and remove the old PU layer and tapes, then applied this to the seams and another product to the fabric. The nozzle and brush attached to the product bottle did not work well for me and leaked, or came out inconsistently. I found it was much easier to apply this by pouring what I needed into a cup and then using a small paint brush to apply it to the seams.

ordered two got one, sent a message no reply avoid cost me £5 for a tiny bottle, brush is useless, managed to do 1 seam with the full bottle had to pour into a saucer and use a small brush. Avoid

I recently used this sealant on a tent with some pretty bad seams, and it worked wonders. Applying it was a breeze. It went on smoothly and dried quickly, which was a relief since I was on a tight schedule. What impressed me the most was how well it sealed the seams. They feel sturdier now, and I’m confident this sealant will outlast the tent itself. However, there are a couple of things to note. While the application was straightforward, the 2 oz size might not be enough if you have a larger tent or multiple items to repair. I only had a few and I used quite a bit. I may have not required that much, but I wanted to be sure. Also, it’s important to apply it carefully to avoid any mess since it’s quite sticky. Lastly, I’m really pleased with how effectively and quickly this fixed the seams on my Montana tent. It’s a handy product to have for any camping enthusiast dealing with seam issues.

I used Seam Grip FC on the seams of my camping tent and it worked perfectly. Super easy to apply with the built-in brush, dried fast (about 2 hours for me), and left a clean, barely noticeable finish. Since then, even after heavy rain, not a single drop got inside! One small tube goes a long way — I sealed the roof and side seams with no issue. Highly recommended if you need to quickly seal or reinforce tent seams before heading out on an adventure.

Vor kurzem habe ich "Tenacious Tape" bestellt. Bekommen habe ich "Seam Sure", ein anderes Produkt von Gear Aid. Daraufhin habe ich eine Rezension geschrieben die diese unglueckliche Verwechslung wiederspiegelt, Mit anderen Worten, eine "Eins" was auch berechtigt war. Es stellte sich aber heraus, das dass ganze ein Fehler in der Beschreibung durch Amazon war, und nicht des Verkaeufers. Aber einen Tag spaeter rief mich der Verkaeufer ( aus Kalifornien ) an und wollte wissen warum ich unzufrieden mit dem Produkt war. Nach einem laengeren Gespraech wurde uns klar wo der Fehler lag und der Verkaeufer versprach es zu beheben. Und siehe da, heute kam das bestellte "Tenacious Tape" mit der Post. Das nennt sich "Exemplarische Customer Service". Man traeumt von solchen Firmen die das Belangen des Kunden so in den Vordergrund stellen. Nach dieser Erfahrung wuerde ich sofort wieder von Dolphin Scuba Center in Sacramento bestellen. Eine 5 als Bewertung reicht nicht aus um meine Zufriedenheit auszudruecken.
