Great product, well packaged and documented kit. Was able to get it up and running on my rpi5 with no issues. Had a question / issue that support addressed with professionalism and patience (and ultimately I think a user error on my part - the small screws in the servo bag are all you need and not the pointy one on the printed sheet).

It worked the first time. Good instructions. The website does a great job helping to crank it up. The hardest part was aligning the wheel servos. The camera servo worked fine. I finally figured out how it should work and found the servo zeroing instructions on the website. Look forward to adding to my knowledge of robotics.

All in all, not bad. It’s a bit flimsy, but it does work.

High quality pieces and parts. Instructions are very well done. Only two pieces of constructive criticism: 1. link to Sunfounder video and relevant section in the instructions. 2. Better diagram of connections for servos. I will likely purchase again!

The Video on the AI robot does not work. I went online and found many posts of others having the same issue. One day I'll attempt to contact Sunfounder directly to see if this has been resolved.

Good product with a real good tech support group. They were quick to respond (overnight) to a problem I had with the firmware I had install on a picar-x. They corrected my problem and unit works great! Every email I sent I received a fast respond back. This is the type of company I like to do business with. I will be looking at more of their products because of their support group.Thanks

This is a very well designed kit. Fun to build, lots of extra screws and small parts in case they get lost. Worked first time after calibration of the servos.

I was so excited for this kit and was really dissapointed. Currently unable to finish assembly because I cannot fully connect the Robot HAT to the Raspberry Pi because the heatsink on the latter's processor blocks the speaker on the bottom of the HAT. I haven't been able to zero the servos likely due to this. Also, the camera is straight-up missing from the camera module, which is super frusterating.
