The book is great but the delivery was soo bad

The book is great but I had to give it 3 star because the delivery was soo disappointing. Great book, awesome! For 6.99 delivery fee the UPS Delivery guy hasn’t even rang the doorbell. I know because I have a video bell, and I see every movement and ring in. And apparently did ONLY ONE ATTEMPT ( he did zero) I had to go to the end of the world to fetch it.
