Not only does it make drinking fun for my little one, but it also checks all the boxes for performance, design, and safety. Here's an in-depth look at why this tumbler has become a favorite in our household.Performance: ★★★★★The Simple Modern Kids 24 oz Tumbler truly excels when it comes to keeping drinks at the right temperature. Whether we’re packing it for school or a day out, it keeps cold drinks cold for hours, which is a big win during summer playdates or long trips. The insulation is impressive; even with ice in the cup, it remains cold throughout the day. We’ve also used it for warm drinks, and it maintains a comfortable temperature for a good amount of time. This performance ensures that no matter what beverage my child is drinking, it will stay at the right temperature until it’s time to sip.Design: ★★★★★I’m really impressed with the design of this tumbler. The 24 oz size is perfect for my child—it’s large enough to hold a good amount of liquid but not so big that it becomes difficult for little hands to carry. The handle is a game-changer, as it makes it easy for my child to hold onto, even when on the go. The silicone straw lid is a great feature as well; it’s spill-resistant and soft, so there’s no worry about my child biting or chewing on it. The tumbler itself is colorful and appealing, which encourages my child to drink more, making hydration a fun activity.Usability: ★★★★★The Simple Modern Kids Tumbler is incredibly user-friendly. The straw lid is easy for my child to use independently, which I love because it encourages self-sufficiency. The straw itself is soft and easy to suck through, and the handle makes it easy for my child to carry the tumbler around wherever we go. I also appreciate that the tumbler is dishwasher safe, making cleanup a breeze. We’ve used it for school, playdates, and even car rides, and it has performed beautifully in all scenarios. It’s lightweight and easy to drink from, even for younger kids.Safety: ★★★★★As a mom, safety is always my top concern, and the Simple Modern Kids 24 oz Tumbler checks all the boxes. The straw lid is made of soft silicone, so there are no sharp edges or concerns about potential choking hazards. The tumbler itself is BPA-free, and I can confidently use it for my child without worrying about harmful chemicals. I also love that it’s made from stainless steel, which is much safer than plastic for long-term use.Portability: ★★★★★The tumbler is highly portable and fits perfectly into our daily routine. Whether we’re heading to the park, school, or just out for errands, this tumbler goes with us everywhere. The handle makes it easy to carry around, and the size fits into most car cup holders, making it convenient for travel. It’s not too bulky, and the secure straw lid prevents spills, even when the tumbler is knocked over or jostled around in a bag.---Pros:Keeps Drinks Cold/Hot: The tumbler performs excellently in maintaining the right temperature for hours.Great for Kids: The handle, soft straw, and colorful design make it kid-friendly.Easy to Clean: Dishwasher-safe, which is a huge bonus for busy parents.Safety Features: BPA-free, soft silicone straw lid, and no sharp edges.Portable: Lightweight, fits in most car cup holders, and easy for kids to carry.Cons:Size May Be Too Large for Some: While 24 oz is perfect for my child, some parents may find it a bit large for younger kids.Limited Color Options: While the design is appealing, a wider variety of color options could be fun for personal preferences.---Conclusion: ★★★★★Overall, the Simple Modern Kids 24 oz Tumbler with Handle and Silicone Straw Lid is a fantastic product that meets all of our needs for hydration on the go. It’s practical, safe, and stylish—everything a busy mom could ask for in a kids’ tumbler. The excellent insulation ensures that drinks stay at the right temperature, and the user-friendly design encourages my child to drink more water throughout the day. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Spill Proof
*by on Reviewed in the United States July 23, 2024*

I bought this for myself because I love the iridescent color and they didn't have that color available for the adult cups at the time. I did end up giving it to my toddler because the spill proof straw was just annoying to me, but great for my toddler to carry around her own cup that looked like Mommy and Daddys cups without spilling it or being able to easily use it to dump water into her toy kitchen cups. ((You'd have to pinch the straw at the right spot and tilt it upside down)). I only buy Simple Modern for these types of items so my rating is in comparison to their items. It does not keep ice as long as some of their other cups, but I've had ice stay in some other cups in my office for over 2 days. I'd say it melts within the day. The external cup material feels softer than the other metal cups they have. Like a rubber exterior, but sturdier. Its pleasent to hold. The straw is soft and chewable so a teething or just someone who likes to chew on their straws won't easily damage it.For kids: 10/10For adults: 6/10
