I got this for my apartment for me and my roommates and it works wonders we don’t have a washer dryer hook up having this has helped so much we onlt take out blankets and sheets to the washer cause they are queen and king size which is too big for the washer but little blankets like twin size can fit for sure. Being that it air dryers. I do hang my clothes for a day in the bathroom with the heat lap and it drys perfectly. We are gonna get s portable heating dryer to make that process faster but over all a very good washer.

Overall, it works well in my apartment especially for small loads of clothes! Each load come out clean & smelling good too! I even purchased a small thing with wheels to sit it on and it’s easy to move from one place to another! 💪🏽 be sure to purchase plenty of extra Mesh Lint Catchers for the drainage hose because it can fill up very fast!

The cost of this low quality product is high. Even if the clothing is clean and somewhat moist, I regret buying it because I had higher expectations for it to be of a higher quality. In addition, the water leak is currently the most annoying! Water seeped beneath the machine both during and after operation! I'm sorry I bought this machine! Update: I now give this washing machine 4 stars instead of 2. Today I used it with placing the drain tube in the bath tub instead of the sink and there was no water leak under the machine. So, I can give it 4 stars. I believe placing the drain tube in a higher level makes the water drain difficult, and leak happens.

I had a problem with the washer soon after it arrived so their customer service team had me try a couple of things and decided we couldn’t fix the problem and immediately sent out a replacement. The best customer service I’ve ever had.

Great washer and a great spin cycle. Clothes come out really clean and spin cycle is great. You can even uses extra spin cycle for better drying of your clothes. Easy to uses, and comes with hose, and connections for your sink.

Overall, the washer washes well. However, it's a piece of junk. Mine came with the drain hose attached. And it took a hard ride shipping to me apparently. I brought the washer inside excited to wash some clothes in my camper. Something told me to check the hose connections underneath but I didn't. Drain hose popped off after first part of cycle and flooded my camper, ruining my trim. After I fixed that. The washer worked well for a few weeks until the drain pump stopped working. I'm assuming there is some types of solenoid or valve that opens when the pump needs to cycle or the water would come out of the hose regardless if the pump is running. Well the thing now pumps water hit or miss. I checked what I could and found nothing obvious. I can hear what sounds like to pump running dry when the tub is full. I initiated a return and purchased a well known brand of portable washer for a little extra money. Now I have to box up this thing. Overall, waste of time.
