After a few months, the pump no longer works! I dont see where i can contact to get a pump replacement?

First one I bought still good. I bought another one that did that as soon as I got it. Not returnable as it is a food item. Not sure how, I wouldn't eat it. I just ordered another one and both pumps have been working great since.

Anyone know if this can be left out or does it need to be refrigerated?

Yes, the product is shelf stable after opening. It does not need to be refrigerated and should be perfectly fine after opening for at least two months under most conditions. Almost like honey (that can be left out indefinitely), our sauce was designed with a very low water activity / high Brix level / precision pH. Yeast and mold just don’t have a chance to grow in that environment. The main exception would be high humidity environments or if water is somehow introduced into the bottle by accident. That would cause a problem with almost anything…even honey (nature’s perfect food). Doug at Hollander Chocolate
