So far so good. Fits both the 15 litre bottles I got from this company, and also some 19 litre bottles I had left over. We get through tons of water in our house and this machine seems up to it. Is very solid, and pretty quiet too. Certainly quieter than my last water machine. Water rate is amazing – can fill a jug for my kids really quickly, no dribble pace! Arrived on time, nicely packaged, I’m happy.

I recently order this water cooler, I applied the first 15ltr bottle and all was fine for an hour or so, I left the business at end of day but have come back in to find the entire 15ltr bottle has escaped the cooler, leaked into And damaged my £2000 floor, gone through the floor and then through the ceiling of the business below damaging their ceiling and a computer. This is a serious failure of the product and has caused thousands in damages.

Very good , water comes out icy cold which in this heatwave is great, very happy work force !!!

started leaking after a few weeks.

Didn’t buy this on Amazon, got it direct, but love it and wanted to review. Our previous cooler was white and got grubby quickly. This is a silver colour and feels tougher than our previous one. Had so much use as we’ve been working from home and drink loads. Water always ice cold. Is quiet to.

Great, no nonsense water machine. Got one for our studio, gets lots of use. Cold water is really cold. Love it!
