Omg what can I say?! I was so skeptical. This thing WORKS!
I know how helpful pictures are for believability, so I’ll attach one! Don’t judge me, I had no idea what these were for the first couples of weeks. So yes they overran my house for a bit. But that is no longer! We are now free from the clutches of these nasty little 💩’s. I recently moved to Florida, and never in my life had I experienced so many (what I thought were gnats - I’m still unsure what the hell they actually are 😂). For the life of me I couldn’t figure out where the swarms of these pesky little things were coming from. I am originally from up north, where the only things that resemble them that we get are fruit flies. I couldn’t figure out why they were everywhere when none of my fruit was rotten or even remotely bad. Until I did some googling and found out these little demons are called Drain Flies. They live and breed in your drain, lay eggs and come out in SWARMS. I tried every remedy to kill them off. I cleaned my drains, I poured all kinds of chemicals down there. I googled every which way to kill their eggs, catch them. Tried the whole apple cider vinegar, water and soap trick. Where the apple cider vinegar is supposed to attract them, and the surface tension of the soap is supposed to get them stuck and they sink into the water below….noooope! Nothing worked. I’d still see them flying all over the place in my peripheral vision, and to top it off I now had a nasty little vinegar cup hidden in my corner smelling like dooky. I, like every other rational person, ran to Amazon for a solution. And I found LOTS of them. My first go to was going to be that light and fan thing, where the light attracts them and the fan supposedly sucks them in to their demise. I really didn’t care which one I purchased, as long as it worked. I saw the reviews and pictures of this one and figured I’d give it a go, and if this one didn’t work, I’d try the other one I mentioned. Day 1, the first few hours, it caught absolutely nothing. And I thought “greaaat. This thing isn’t going to catch anything and I’m gong to have to deal with this pests for another few days while I wait on another order” Day 2. I woke up, not expecting to find anything, and lo and behold, there were 10-15 flies on it. My prayers had been answered! Day 3. Not going to lie, I forgot I had it plugged in Day 4. I checked again, and this is what I found. The picture attached. Absolutely gross 🤢. Don’t ask, I have no idea how all these nasty little creatures lived in my sink without my knowledge. I must just be that blissfully unaware. I thought I only had a few…clearly I was wrong I’m on like Day 10 now. I waited awhile because I wanted to make sure it continued to work before posting this review. I haven’t seen another fly / gnat besides in the trap, since Day 4, nearly a week ago. Not one. However, the trap is still lit up, and still as sticky as it was on day 1. There is a faint blue glow, it’s a pretty pleasant. It’s just like a night light. It makes 0 noise whatsoever. It’s SO easy to remove and replace the sticky pad. You pull the stick piece up out of the part that attaches into the wall, and slide a new one in. So simple, yet so effective. If you’ve had these nasty little critters flying around your home for far too long now, try it. You won’t regret it. If it doesn’t work in the first spot you put it, move it around. These things supposedly come out of the drains, yet for some reason it catches far more in my bedroom outside the bathroom. So find what works for you. Also, it turns sideways if need be. So if you have a sideways plug, you can still plug it in and swivel it so it’s face up! I hope this review helps some of you choose this, and rid your life of these nasty little buggers!!

These actually work — worth it
These really work. I plugged them in and within a day they were already catching gnats and little flying pests that I could never seem to get rid of. Super easy to use, no smell, no mess, and you can actually see the results. For something this simple, it does exactly what you want it to. After maybe 4-5 months, I bought another to replace it. Honestly, for the price, I wish it was a two pack, and the main picture is misleading making you think it's a two pack, but there's no fruit flies around, so, what can you do? It works.

ANY flying insect catches this things heat
This thing catches so many bugs it catches thing I didn’t even know I had, moths in the house? gone, gnats? Gone, ANY flying insect in your house will be gone, it took 30 seconds to unbox, set up, and plug in. Effective, deadly, easy to use, and there’s not smell or sounds, just a small blue light

Gets rid of MOST, not all pesky bugs!
This Zevo insect trap actually works. I’d say it catches about 90% of the bugs that usually sneak into the house, and it does it quietly without sprays or weird smells. I was honestly surprised how many it trapped within the first day. Super easy to set up and much less gross than traditional bug traps. Definitely worth it if you want fewer bugs and less effort. 🐜✨ I gave it 4 stars because I still see some gnats every now and again 😛

This is a very good product.
This is probably the best product I have ever used to effectively remove the small fruit flies and veggie gnats from the kitchen all year long. It is a little big but not terrible when plugged is a kitchen counter outlet and of course that is where it is most needed. The trap screen is very sticky so try not to actually touch the screen. Other than that, it works great.

Great bug catcher
Really works! I have three; one in the kitchen, one by my plants and one near my back door. It really catches a lot of gnats, flies and mosquitoes.

Environment matters
It’s 5 Stars for those with a focus on common flying insects like mosquitos and gnats. Four Stars for us. This trap catches moths and tiny bugs but it isn’t effective in keeping the flying ant population down in our house. We bought this initially to catch a colony of minuscule size flying black bugs that invaded our kitchen island. They resembled teeny ants, moving quickly and had the ability to fly. The Zevo trap seemed to do a great job trapping these tiny pests for the first couple nights. Though we no longer have a problem with those particular insects, the ultraviolet light did a great job luring all other bugs large and small. Problem is, we ended up with more flyers of all types coming through our screens and door entrances (we plugged this device into a wall in the kitchen away from doors and the nearby window, as suggested in the directions). The trap is an invitation for any and every flying bug attracted by the UV light from any angle or window in our house. A few flying ants will just land nearby and never take the leap into the trap. We have now removed the trap and so far we are doing ok to keep bugs in flight from overpopulating our kitchen and house. Bottom line, we were impressed the first few days using this plugin trap because it caught a ton of pesky flyers tiny and large. We now know why there were so many, as I’ve explained in this review. It seems to be very good at snagging gnats and moths and even mosquitos for most people, we’ve read the 5 star reviews. This all may sound confusing, do we like it or do we not like it? It isn’t what we need because of our flying ant infestation at certain times of the year. Our environment requires maintenance outside and inside but at a more widely applied effort. Non toxic is preferred, and we will most likely resort to another approach to keep things in check. We understand the 5 star ratings. But our needs point to a tougher approach in the battle to eradicate pests.

I switched off lights and left it on during the night, next day it captured most of Gnats that were annoying. I did not expect that number of gnats. First night catched 11. *For Arab and Gulf countries, you need an adapter as the switch is an American switch. No need to change the voltage to 220v.

What a waste of my money. The light stopped working after only 3 days in my kitchen.

Me encanta! Atrapa los mosquitos sin necesidad de molestos insecticidas. Altamente recomendable. Quiza lo único que podría mejorar es en que la trampa quedase abajo del enchufe. Pero es una excelente inversión.
