This is a very good back ice pack wrap. I like that the ice pack is large enough to cover your whole back. This wrap is adjustable and can fit up to 50" waist.

Pro's: Well thought out. Very Easy to use. Comfortable. Best alternative I've found so far (with a suggestion) Size is adequate. Wouldn't mind it being larger, though.Con's: The pack is pretty thin so there's not much too it. So the cold doens't last very long - maybe 15-20 minutes. You don't get much compression with the straps that come with the pack. So if you want to walk around with it on, you won't feel the cold as well as if you're lying on it. I have an inexpensive lightweight elastic and velcro back brace that I wear over this and together, it's a winner. Itcompresses the pack against the back so you can be up and around and really feel the cold. If you're really hurting, you should probably be lying down anyway - but just my experience. Still, I would recommend this. It's the best I have found to help with chronic intermittent low back pain when it flares up..

I bought this because I have alot of back problems from my work & needed to get the inflammation down from sore muscles. I bought this because it covers alot of surface area & because the band is stretchy & will wrap around my big belly. I keep this in the freezer & wear it when I come home to watch TV. It fits good & even when I'm lying down it stays on. A good buy.

This is GREAT!!! I have several back braces, ice packs, I've tired them all!!!I love EVERYTHING about this one!!!The size, fantastic!! THIS: Covers all across my lower back! As well as, covering the lumbar, to mid bottom!!The wrap strap, is great!! I wasn't sure about size of it, I've been gaining weight since I hurt my back!! I bought another product, with a wrap strap, I don't even know where it's at now!! It never, ever fit!! Even when I was able to get it on, it was so uncomfortable I couldn't wear it!! THIS: would fit big to small!!! It's fantastic!!! Hands free RELIEF!!Having to freeze, most are so hard, won't bend, actually hurt trying to sit on a big rock!! THIS: So flexible, it's amazing!! And, stays cold, long after it's removed from the freezer!!That's how I originally found this!! I had a ice pack, made of clay!! LOVE it, everyone loves it!! I purchased the package so that I had one to wear while one was in the freezer. This alternating appears to work really well. It has a double belt to it, which is a nice feature. You wrap the ice gel around first and then cinch it up on both sides with the black elastic. Not only does it help with lower back pain for the ice, but it also acts as a support. Specific for your back. Could possibly use it for an upper leg.

I got the XL because I'm a big girl, and it fits really well. I particularly love the additional black straps and how they fit. I've used similar products before where the additional straps loop over the stomach, which gets uncomfortable fast. At least on me, the black straps just wrap around my obliques, which keeps the pressure primarily on my back and is far more comfortable. 10/10, does what it's supposed to!

Stays cold for a good while. Good flexibility.
