Good product.
Brilliant picture, okeyis sound, terrible Google TV software. I'm using with FireTV Stick for fullest satisfaction. (the FireTV remote not compatible with the TV yet)

I couldn't get it to operate at 120Hz.
I recently purchased the Panasonic TX-55MZ700B from Amazon, and I've been thoroughly impressed with this TV. While the advertised 120Hz refresh rate initially caught my attentionThe picture quality on this TV is outstanding. The colors are vibrant, and the images are crisp and clear, creating a truly immersive viewing experience. However, it's worth noting that the advertised 120Hz refresh rate didn't function as expected when connected to my computer. This was a disappointment as it was one of the criteria that influenced my purchase decision. Despite trying various settings and troubleshooting, I couldn't get it to operate at 120Hz.TX-55MZ700B is a fantastic TV that offers exceptional picture and sound quality, a user-friendly interface, and solid build quality. If the refresh rate is a critical factor for your purchase, I recommend verifying its compatibility with your specific setup before making a decision.

Great Value OLED Ultra HDTV
55 inch Panasonic Ultra HD OLED TV Purchased in sales after Christmas for a good discount. Image quality is great with4K images (sourced from Youtube) and does upscaling for standard HDTV images very well so that they appear High quality. Only negative is a few of the Apps such as Channel4 and Netflix seem to have quality problems so appear low resolution, but solved by using Roku box. Have found Panasonic usually good quality and this is no exception

Android operating system is dire
This TV was used for streaming from Netflix, Disney and Prime. The set up was relatively simple although a QR code or similar set up from mobile would have been far easier than having to manually enter my Google account name and password. When the TV was finally set up i had difficulty using the already installed Disney app and My5 app. I deleted the Disney one and reinstalled but had lots of issues with it not working, this seemingly resolved itself as I abandoned my efforts and tried the following day and it worked. The picture on the set itself is very good when Panasonics motion is set to off. There aren’t lots of options for picture modes but dolby vision bright or dark will suit most.My TV however developed a fault after just 5 hours of use. There is now a line down the left hand side of the screen like a row of pixels that do not light up. It is visible on all content.I am returning this TV due to the screen fault but am not too disappointed as i feel there is a massive disconnect between the great picture and the dreadful operating system. If you are buying this TV to use with a streaming stick or Apple TV then I’d say go for it. If you are going to be relying in this TVs operating system to navigate apps and stream i would advise to look elsewhere. For £899 it’s good but for the regular retail of £1200 i would definitely look at LGs offerings instead, especially as their operating system is great

USELESS MODEL
Good points:- Great picture for price- Better Chrome features than a Roku- Sound is okay quality for slimnessBAD points:- General software e.g- sound muting and TV guide broken within a week- had replacement, same thing happened.- No pre-timing function in the guide. This is missing on a lot of modern TVs which is a huge oversight.- Amazon use UPS as 3rd party to collect and it's impossible to know when they'll collect or set it up before warranty runs out.- Extremely slow to respond but I would expect at this price point so it wasn't a major issue.- I can't stress how many bugs this TV has software wise. It's cheap because it's been manufactured and designed quickly. So many things KEEP BREAKING.If they can't make a reliable working 4k TV at this price then they shouldn't pretend they can.

Good TV - Bad Android
The TV itself is fine and the Live TV mode is exactly what I am looking for in terms of features for our bedroom TV: Good controls over display brightness (we use it every night and morning), Sleep Timer, On/Off timer. However none of that works when you use any of the streamin apps. Netflix only allows you display control, while apps like itvx and 4 won't even allow that. To use it you must it is extremely annoying that you must exit the app and tap the remote about 17 times before you are able to adjust brightness. Who knows if the sleep timer works in the apps. Since the TV menus and features appears to be exactly what I want in the live modes I have now ordered Apple TV, so I hope this combo will give what I am looking for. I don't really believe any other Android TV will be better as we have this issue with another TV as well.I really struggled in the setup of the Android TV. First it installed an update of 0.91GB, then it did the same again every time I tried to pair with my phone via bluetooth. If I skipped that then during the setup the TV would reboot suddenly without warning, and I very nearly gave up. Somehow it changed behavior after I paired it with a TV remote app rather than the phone itself, and after that ordeal I've had no more issues except with the apps not offering the same features as the TV mode.
