Pricey But Potent Prebiotics
I ordered this product to supplement my daily nutrition with more gut enhancing benefits, especially if I need to take it on the go. I take a separate probiotic but I was impressed with the prebiotic blend in this formulation and I've noticed a difference in my bowel movements. At first I was concerned that I might have a reaction to the Wheat Grass, as I have at times in the past, but no problems here. The inclusion of Bacillus Coagulans in this formula is a plus for me and stands out from other products I've used. My research shows that it's safe for daily consumption from 3 months to 1-yr., dosage dependent. The only cons about this product for me is that the amount of each ingredient is not listed separately and it's a bit pricey, more than AG-1 and similar products.I'm not a healthcare pro, so you be the judge and, as one always should, seek advice before taking new products.

Amazed at how much only a half teaspoon enhanced my smoothie!
The media could not be loaded. This Root Relive Greens was easy to incorporate into my daily routine. I started light and added a half teaspoon into my morning smoothie. I was amazed at how much only a half teaspoon enhanced my smoothie. It was extra creamy and full of flavor. It was very enjoyable to consume. After a few days of this routine, I felt like my body was going through a bit of a cleanse. I would recommend starting slow and allowing your body to acclimate to this product. This powder could not be easier to use and I am really enjoying the added flavor and benefits in my morning smoothies. I recommend!

Comprehensive formula but pricey for a 30-day supply...
This supplement is a proprietary blend of prebiotic greens and a probiotic which lists inulin, green banana flour, apple fiber, bacillus coagulans, spirulina, wheat grass, barley grass, alfalfa leaf, flax seeds, psyllium husk powder, chlorella, broccoli, kale, spinach, green cabbage, parsley, aloe vera, cayenne pepper, blueberry powder, pomegranate seed powder, and MCT coconut oil powder. Although best to get our nutrients from diet, that’s a long list of potentially health-giving ingredients to supplement even the best diet. It supports digestive health and may be a way to feed a diversity of plant fiber to our beneficial gut bugs, potentially aiding the immune system. If you are not used to eating these types of foods, I would start with a smaller serving than suggested to see how you react. The bottle only contains thirty 1.5 teaspoon servings of powdered organic foods that can be added to smoothies, salads, or soups. The powder is green and smells like greens. I add it to my daily green smoothie or fruit smoothie for the extra boost and where any taste of this powder is not noticeable. This blend is made in the USA from top-quality organic, gluten-free, vegan, and non-GMO ingredients. It is a very pricey supplement for my needs but may not be for yours. It is a 5-star product but I took off two stars because of the seemingly inflated price for a 30-day supply.

Gross
This stuff is nasty. It smells terrible and tastes terrible. I’m stunned that they are charging almost $100 for this. I’ve consumed other “green superfood” powders that tasted a thousand times better than this and mixed with water better as well. I cannot imagine consuming three teaspoons of this stuff per day. Or adding it to soups like they recommend? Ick. I tossed the entire container.

No mention on bottle about this greens powder being organic, tastes awful
After reading about Relive Greens powder on Amazon's website, I was really interested in trying it. The description states that it contains a great blend of organic, non-GMO ingredients. This is a must for supplements I take, so I’m not ingesting pesticides, and other toxic chemicals with them. However, there is no mention of any of the ingredients being organic, on the bottle that I received. This makes me skeptical about taking it.I did try it a couple times, so I could write an accurate review. It tastes awful, mixed with water, and not much better in juice. I think the only way to mask the taste, would be to add it to smoothies, with lots of fruit. The bottle does have the non-GMO symbol, and states that it doesn’t contain any fillers or preservatives. It’s also made in the USA, and doesn’t expire for 8 months.Just a heads up, there’s a warning on the bottle, that says, consult your healthcare professional if you are at risk, or have been diagnosed with high blood pressure, stroke, kidney, thyroid, or psychiatric disease, anxiety, depression, or seizure disorders. It also says, not intended for use in persons under the age of 18, or if you’re pregnant or lactating.I don’t plan to take it anymore, as it doesn’t seem to be organic, and tastes so bad. The price is really high, at $95.55. I can find high quality, organic green drinks for a much better price. This isn’t a supplement that I recommend.

Interesting Item. Looking Forward To Feeling Better
This is a review of Root Relive Greens by Dr Rahm's. An interesting item; I'm looking forward to feeling better.I have always been skeptical about health products that refer to itself as a "Superfood." But maybe this one actually is.The plus stuff: It is a combination of interesting and healthy ingredients. Who's to know if this proprietary combination will make me a healthier and happier person. But I'm willing to try it.It tastes reasonably good; at least it's not yet another pseudovitamin dressed up as a gummy candy. The negative side: Any health product sold as a bulk powder is an annoyance. If the product is sold as a powder, they should be able to figure out how to package them as a capsule. Much easier for a person to take, and far easier to carry around. The biggest negative is probably the price. Shelling out close to $100 is a bit much for many people, regardless of the value of the product. My verdict: 4 stars. Here's to good health.
