Fantastic! That sums up my experience with this seller and this bike.Before I even bought the bike I contacted the seller and they helped me organise my preferred shipping method, they were very polite and very helpful. 10/10The bike arrived early, another plus, and was in perfect condition. It is well padded before shipping and it's condition on arrival shows that, even the forks had a screw in "mini" axle to prevent them from being bent during shippingI won't talk about weight, it's a steel bike, but if it feels heavy your legs are to weak, keep peddling lol.It took me about an hour to assemble, but that's me going over everything and dialing in the gears and brakes to my standard. But out of the box it was good to go, the gears and brakes setup was good enough for daily use.I have ordered a new saddle because the one it came with is not wide enough for me, but that's hardly the a fault with the bike, everybody is different.Extremely good value for money and a very helpful seller and I personally think it looks great too. 10/10 experience all around.

I got it on finally after hours. Im not sure if the inside is stripped or the crank is bent but I got it on and when I tried to pedal it came off and I cant get back on. Can you send a new one Eurobike? Or put me in touch that someone who can? I dont want to return the bike but will if I have to and buy again hopefully this one works. The bike looks awesome! Just not 100% not sure if it is yet because of pedal or crank. Something is Defective.Please advise Eurobike or Amazon,Patrick

Assembly was not as easy as I would have liked. Putting on wheel was quite difficult. Had to remove several additional pieces to get the wheel to fit on. This made me uncomfortable as there were no directions implying this was necessary but had no choice. A good starter bike, gears are okay but exactly what I except for the price.Seat is a small rock, I suggest upgrading it as soon as you can.

I'd like to write a very good review on this bicycle except I only rode it....maybe 1/4 of a mile just to try it out after I assembled and adjusted it. I put it in the bike rack at our apartment building which is in a secured, locked garage along with the other 20 or so bicycles. The next morning my bicycle was gone, stolen by some jerk. I'm certain it wasn't a neighbor which leaves the 'crime of the century' to someone in the maint. crew. I live in south Florida in a beautiful apartment on the beach.....it ain't skid row! I can say the little I did ride it was comfortable.

#1 the alignment is very bad for both front and back wheel. After hours of trying I've decided to remove the front caliper only to find out the back is also rubbing against the disc but not as bad as the front.# 2 the crank went bad after 28 miles. It may be a simple fix by replacing the ball bearing so I'll give an update on that.#3 I've had add air three times is two weeks of owning the bike.#4 I am not the type who like to return stuff after purchasing it but I am considering it if I can't get my exercise in.

This is my first road bike purchase, although I have ridden plenty. The bike looks great but it stops there. Take the fact that it's one of the heaviest bikes I have ever felt, the welding is terrible, the fork and the handlebars will never sync, the gears are a complete mess and bent, the brakes even after adjusting dont stop within 10ft. Overall, its a dangerous bike, I rode less than a mile and was nervous the entire time. It looks like a good deal, but believe me, save your money and buy a used trusted name. This is by far the worst Amazon purchase I ever made...and thats saying a lot. Now I have to find a box and send it back which is another pain.

Bike is great, takes longer than 20 mins to put together but within a half hour, it was up and running. Only bad thing is I have to replace the bike stem cause the bars won't tighten up.

It’s amazing. Most beautiful bike I’ve ever had and honestly so worth the money. It’s not a mountain bike tho, it’s definitely meant to ride on a flat road surface, so everyone knows! I love it lol!

Return process isn't clearelly defiined, as a client, for a defective bike I have received, Purolator is asking me to pay 266$ for trasport, this presents 50% of the bike's price I paid.What I need to do with it now?I called sevetal times no one is taking the calls
