Cutluxe Turkey Carving Knife Set – Carving Fork & Knife for Meat & BBQ

This product was a pleasant surprise regarding the quality of the steel, at a higher Rockwell score than one of the best knife brands on the market and at a cheaper price. Cutting edge was razor sharp out of the box and able to cut arm hair, balance in your hand is good, very comfortable. The only downside is that I think the honing steel could be a finer grit closer to 1,000 grit. Well worth the price

I’m not a knife snob and can’t justify $300 knives on my budget, but I am familiar with and use decent kitchen blades like Mercer. That said, these are extremely sharp, and seem to be decent value for the price point. The long slicing knife is nicely stiff and cuts a brisket, tri tip, corned beef, etc as thin and smoothly as I’ve ever used. The shorter knife in this set is my new favorite for trimming fat or slicing tomatoes. Sharp and cuts like butter. It puts my former “good knife” to shame. I’ll see how long they hold their edge, but with a month in with regular use, I’m pleased.

These are great knives - Super Sharp. I buy cyropak beef at Costco and these slice right through them. (NY & Ribeye).

These are the knives I have been looking for my entire life! Look great, feel great and cut great. Perfect knife for slicing smoked meats.

Sharpest knives I’ve ever used. Great product! Just wish they weren’t made in China.

Good quality and cut well. The only issue I have is the the top side of the blade is cut so square that if you press down there you will leave a small cut in your finger.

The larger knife is for carving through larger cuts of meat and does a very good job with that. One consideration is the length of the blade means the knife is going to require some space behind the cutting board. And you need someplace safe to store it. We keep ours inside it's original (very nice,) Velvet lined boslx inside a deep cupboard. The handle fits my Men's medium sized hand comfortably and keeps my fingers away from the blade. The small knife is very useful for trimming meat before cooking it, and preparing vegetables. It's a nice set for the money.
