This massage mat was a pleasant surprise in quality, ease of use, function, relilability and portability! It was quite comfortable, with a low noise threshhold and function friendly controller! This, for me, is a cross over mat from my experiences with a chiropractor and a massage therapist! My intent was to purchase a mat that would be more than just a vibrating heat and massage unit! After six weeks of use, it has more than met my expectations for my active lifestyle participating in golf, tennis and pickleball! This was a retirement gift to myself and I am very happy with it! It is great for stretching and relaxing the muscles from the neck, lower back, hips and hamstrings! Exactly what I wanted!

The unit is well-made and intuitive. It comes in a carrying case, which is easy to open. You unroll the pack, preferably on the floor, but it also works on the couch and the bed. We prefer the hard surface floor but have also used it on the sofa with good results. The power cord could be longer to reach a wall outlet. However, we used a six-foot extension cord to reach the nearest wall outlet. The unit has red lines to show where your neck and waste should be when you lie on the unit. The unit is perfect if you are 5' 8' or less. It will work if you are 6 feet or more, but your feet will hang over the end of the unit. The important thing is to align your neck with the redline on the unit. The auto feature is the best. It will go through all of the motions of your entire body. This takes about 20 minutes, then it will stop. You can reset it or press the button for an individual function, like the back roller. This unit also has three heat intensities. The high heat is hot and could be too hot for some. I prefer the medium heat. Set-up takes about a minute. Putting it away takes about two minutes. We leave it out since we use it every day. It is relaxing but deep, massaging the entire back and neck muscle knots. The calf/thigh air compression is not too tight. It feels nice. The neck area tilts your head from left to right and back again, stretching your neck muscles. This is the best unit we have for an automatic body massage. For all the motions that it does, you would think it cost several hundred dollars or more. We love this unit and use it every day after work. It is perfect if you have lower or upper back pain, including neck tension.

All I can say is amazing product. Chiropractor results at least for me. Love the airbags, no pain like hard shiatsu products. Not that loud at all. After three sessions I can tell a difference in my neck and back. I have no complaints. My husband tried it and loved it he fell asleep.

I gave the product a good 15-20 minutes to go through all of the different settings. I certainly felt relaxed after, in a way I hadn't felt in a long time. The main issue I have is that I am 5'2". While the neck portion was able to be adjusted down further, there wasn't an ideal position for my whole body to be worked on at once. I ended up using the back, neck, and hip portions separately. I haven't decided if I will keep it. I'll have my husband give it a go, and if he loves it, then I won't return it. As far as what the product did for me, it seemed to improve blood circulation throughout my body. My muscles were pretty tight and it was gentle enough that it didn't hurt. I didn't care for the moments went it "pulsed" on my lower back and neck, but all of the other motions it made were fine. I tried it on top of a folded thin comforter, on the floor.

Purchased this massage mat for my wife who was injured several years ago. She loves the massage mat and is the first device she's tried that has given her relief from the chronic pain she has been dealing with since the injury. After purchasing the first mat we got another for our daughter-in-law. We purchased another mat for the wife to use at our winter local. Unfortunately our young dog found it and damaged the exposed power cords. I contacted the company through their support website and it was an amazing experience. Prompt and friendly reply and a more than generous resolution to our problem. Highly recommend this massage mat for it's therapeutic benefits and the company's support after the sale, a quality one doesn't always see anymore.

Lying there, I felt like it needed to be just slightly more powerful, go higher, stretch farther. It puts you on the verge of getting a nice crack, but it doesn't which in the moment feels disappointing. Its so gentle, I'd call it a physio therapy mat instead of a massage mat. The heat on it is phenomenal. Saying in the moment, it feels like it's lacking something is SO wrong. Once I got up, I felt a different kind of stiffness, not pain though. My posture, even an hour later is perfect. I feel energized and awake/alert. I feel taller, I feel like I have my back brace on without the uncomfortableness of the back brace. I haven't felt this much relief in ages! And it doesn't feel like it will be short-lived. This is an amazing product! It doesn't feel like it will do much but, I'm shocked! I'm impressed!!!

Nice product, very relaxing. I wish there was a little bit more going on in the legs. There’s a little section that squeezes but it’s not very effective. And I wish that it would allow you to select more specific areas. Like lower back, upper back. It’s really nice on the sacrum. There’s a small section of the mat that rocks and pops your hip joints and lower back. That’s probably my favourite part. I wouldn’t rely on this if you’re looking for therapeutic relief of any kind of chronic conditions. Some relaxation, but it’s not targeted and there’s no real control of it. There is an intensity button, but I don’t see much of a difference between the settings.
