I bought this item about a month ago, and have essentially worn it everyday to help with pain in my arm. I've previously had acupuncture and physio, but have been told that I may also have a trapped nerve. Lifting shopping bags can even be painful. This discreet band is flexible, sturdy, adjustable and fit most importantly, helps with my pain. The velcro strap stays put and doesn't come loose, at all.I am not saying it removes all pain, but greatly reduces it. The adjustable strap means it's easy to put on and off and there is a small padded area that offers additional support to the area affected. This fits nicely under a hoody order jumper and doesn't attract any unwanted attention or questions.I am really happy with this product, and would purchase again if it was needed.

Prompt delivery. I used the elbow support strap as soon as it arrived as I had been in pain for quite a while with tennis elbow and was willing to try anything to alleviate the pain. I found it easy to use and comfortable. It also worked...it took the pain away remarkable well and it feels supportive when I need to use the arm for various tasks. I also have worn it to bed the past few nights, as I have pain then too. I also found it quite comfortable and I really did get a good night's sleep without pain. I would recommend this product as it has worked for me.

I bought this for my tennis elbow. The pain is about 4 out of 10 normally but becomes very painful after exercising in gym. I have been out of gym and exercising few months for that reason. I received it this week and fits well. Had to make sure the gel pad is on the correct pain spot. Used it in gym for bench, shoulder presses and I have to say I didn't feel any pain at all, during or after exercising. So 5 stars. Make sure you measure forearm and order accordingly. Durability, yet to see but seems very sturdy while new.

I wanted an elbow brace as support for an ongoing tendon issue. This product is easy to fit and comfortable to wear. It certainly covers the tender area and really helps to alleviate the pain. The brace goes under clothing easily which makes it simple to wear under all clothing.Nicely packaged, quick delivery and competitively priced. Would recommend.

Too early to say how effective it is, but feels comfortable & easy to fit, I think! I say that, because it came with very little useful instructions. The instruction manual tells you what different bits are called, but says the wearing instructions are on the package box, but mine didn’t come in a box! Some videos on line if search, but struggling to find one for golfers elbow, all seem to be for tennis elbow. They do give a rough idea, but can’t be sure I’ve got it positioned exactly as it’s supposed to be.
