IMO these are better than any other electrolyte powder. I’ve tried a few, not all but I prefer these to the Gatorade and Liquid IV. These cured my constant headaches, when I went back to Gatorade or Liquid IV they would come back. I’ve noticed that Bodyarmor prioritizes certain minerals over the other two, or have more than the others and this blend just works best for me. After drinking them for literal MONTHS if not a year I honestly can’t even taste the saltiness anymore I’m so used to them. I love the tropical flavor best but strawberry kiwi is my second and most bought flavor bc it’s almost always on sale. The strawberry kiwi also takes really good with the Very Berry Airbourne tablets, I mix the two when I’m sick and it taste phenomenal. 10/10 would recommend :)

I work in a factory and these are nice to add to a jug of water to give it some extra flavor and electrolytes.

I ran many electrolyte powders through the Yuka App which identifies any harmful ingredients in products and this one had a good rating. I really like it and the taste reminds me of Tang, for those of you who know what that is. I’ve already re-ordered. This is my new go to.

Be careful with best by dates on this listing. I've been on a subscription for this particular listing, and my last several have had a date of 7/2/26. Just received 3 boxes today 7/3/26 that have that same 7/2/26 date. Otherwise great product! I dehydrate easily and these have been perfect for that! Tastes great!

I have gastroparesis and needed to find a way to get electrolytes constantly. I didn't want artificial sweetener or sugar due to intolerance. These body armor flash iv checked all the boxes. They have a better balance of electrolytes than any competitor at this price range in my opinion. The stevia tastes great with no reactions. The quality is great! I drink a few of these a day. Great product. Would definitely recommend, especially if you dont want cane sugar or artificial sweetener.

I workout everyday. I go HARD. I've been dealing with HORRIBLE cramps in my hands, feet, abs, legs for over 15 years now. I was drinking 2+ gallons of water everyday thinking my muscles were dehydrated. I was drinking sports drinks with pottasium , like 4 a day...4kmgpotassium everyday and still no relief. Then I tried these......I don't know if it was sodium or magnesium, but after about a week ...time or all these electrolytes to nurish my cells I suppose, all my cramping issues are gone...GONE. Over a decade of suffering....GONE!!! I put 1 in my pre-workout and one in my after workout/running/cardio beverage. I am a lifetime customer now. Long story short if you are having serious cramping issues, please please please use this product!
