This has turned out to be a better solution for my neck issues by using a softer pillow on top. I’ve tried many, many a pillow (thank you for your patience Amazon) also through other experiences. And I can say it is so far the best in firmness, height and the way it bounces back looking untouched. Upon receiving it I was disheartened- because it is flat packed I was sceptical it would not maintain its shape. I left I out a day and used it the following night. It maintains shape just fine and is like new even after all this time.

The pillow is good but the hight is too high . Pls keep hight 2.5 inch high 🙏

It was an extremely bad experience. It was a dup product that came with bad packaging, wasn't at all comfortable and when I tried to return, it was taken but I never received a refund because the courier service probably lost it. I had not expected this to happen. My money is entirely wasted.

It didn't help my shoulder pain that's what i bought it for

Great pillow, found it hard at first but have got used to it now. It has helped my neck pain. Would highly recommend.

Not my 1st one of these. They work well but you still get hot eventually and have to flip them around.

I was looking for a nice firm pillow that looked like a normal pillow and was dubious that this would be too soft and malleable from the reviews I'd seen, it's nice and comfortable and just the firmness I was looking for in a foam pillow, a little short in width for normal pillow cases but not too far off that it's annoying
