RimmelScandaleyes Waterproof Kohl Kajal Liner, Taupe, 0.04 Fluid Ounce

LOVE this eyeliner! I have poor vision, so applying a straight line of eyeliner is a challenge. This taupe color, however, is very forgiving; it's dark enough to create the desired effect but not dark enough to reveal a less-than-perfect line. I'm fair-haired and fair-skinned, so the taupe looks more natural (versus a noticeable dark brown or black line) but, again, achieves the desired effect. This eyeliner stays put! I'm a crier, and it's still on after weeping and wiping through a two-hour church service! It is indeed waterproof and has to be removed with a makeup remover. I find I have to sharpen it after each application to maintain the thinness of the point for a thin line; that's because it is somewhat soft. This is NOT a complaint, however, because it is its softness that makes it so easy to apply. I always make sure I have a new one waiting so I never run out!

I was so happy to get my hands on another liner in this color. It's perfect for my fair skin and light eyes. And very long lasting.However, the actual product is not secure inside the pencil. The whole thin crayon falls out while trying to apply so I have to try and hold it while lining my eye without breaking it. It's old and the crayon must have shrunk is my guess. Bummer. Since the crayon is very hard, not creamy, it's made using this purchase obsolete.

I am pretty picky about what goes around my eyes and have tried lots of products. Rimmel ScandalEyes Kohl eyeliner does not irritate...is easy to apply...and the taupe is universally flattering. I hope they don't discontinue this, it is really hard to find in-store. Otherwise ( sigh) my search will have to begin again for a decent eyeliner that doesn't break the bank.

I bought this eyeliner a looong time ago but I can't seem to find it anywhere in the U.S. I liked using it for my eyebrows because I have kind of mousey brown roots and most brown eyebrow pens have a lot of red tint. It's really creamy for eyebrows though so I have to draw them on very lightly and then use a brush to blend it. The biggest negative is it's so creamy that it doesn't take very long before it flattens out and you have to sharpen it again so not sure how long this pencil will last using it 5x a week.

I love this eyeliner! It goes on so smooth and easy. Not only do I love the color, but when I put on it stays on! No smudges or wearing off. It's on exactly the way you applied it until you're ready to remove. I highl recommend this eyeliner if you want beautiful long lasting color.

This eyeliner is great if you get fresh unused product. My most recent purchase arrived damaged as though it had already been used. It was missing the cap and safety seal, and the lead was completely broken off. As one other reviewer noted, this needs to be sharpened often, so it gets used up fast. I have also received this product other times where it was obviously very old because it was so dry and hard, it would not glide onto my eyelids at all. Despite all of this, I continue to buy this product, because I can't find it locally, and it's the only color that works for me, being a fair skinned redhead.Bottom line: when it's new and fresh it goes on smoothly and lasts all day. Seems to be a bit of a crap shoot when ordering on Amazon, but they do give refund if not happy.

The pencil cannot be extended to be sharpened or retracted. It is stationary. There is just a little nub of pencil to work with. Also the color Taupe is really nude. There is no color. I cannot use this product at all. I read the reviews before purchasing and the other buyers said they had to sharpen the pencil constantly. I don't know how they could do it since there is not enough of the product to fit into a sharpener.

My favorite liner. I use taupe and that is nearly impossible to find in stores in my area. It goes on easily, blends well and it largely waterproof though if your eyes water, it will need to be reapplied now and then.

Für mich einer der besten Kajal die ich in meinem Leben hatte. Die Farbe Silber ist auf dem freien Markt schon schwer zu finden. Aber dann auch noch einen, der gut und weich zeichnet ist fast unmöglich. Bis ich diese hier entdeckt habe und fast weinte, als ich Nachschub brauchte und die Stifte nicht mehr lieferbar waren. Aber jetzt sind sie wieder da, Frau freut sich und hat gleich 5 Stück genommen 😊

Très bon produit dont la couleur diffère agréablement de l'éternel noir ou marron foncé des fabricants habituels, surtout dans cette texture "soft" impeccable.

Eigentlich hätte dieser toller Kajal 5 Sterne verdient! Ich ziehe den einen nur ab, weil der Stift sich schlecht spitzen lässt und die Miene ganz weich ist und abbricht.Ansonsten bin ich mehr als zufrieden. Vor Jahren hatte ich einen silbernen Kajal einer anderen Firma. Dieser wird aber nicht mehr hergestellt. Auf der Suche nach einem wirklich silberfarbenen bin ich hier hängen geblieben.Er lässt sich ganz weich auftragen und hält locker 12 Stunden und mehr. Kleines Manko - beim entfernen bleibt der Schimmer in den Wimpern. Egal womit ich mich abschminke. Mich stört es nicht. Kann diesen Kajal wirklich nur empfehlen. Ganz tolle Farbe!!

Good eyeliner, it's subtle and stays in place. My only complaint as someone else has mentioned is that it goes blunt every quickly and therefore will probably not last as long as other eyeliners, however I will continue to buy until I find something better.
