Does this drain valve have a non-return (check) valve to stop dirty water entering if immersed?

Hi . No Idea I'm afraid. We have a Gerdena drip feed system but do not have this type of check valve. Our inlet system works on a battery timer and tiny one-way valves deliver the water . These DO get clogged up but once they are freed with the prodder provided at the beginning of each season they seem to work trouble free. D.
