Does hold my gloves. Pockets allow for easy access to tools. My mentor thought it was great and bought one as well. He's been a beekeeper for years and did not have all the tools this had. Use the smoker tabs to get your smoker material going. I use pine needles. Great gift for a nee beekeeper or one that is looking to replace or add to the collection beekeeping tools. The value is one of the best I found.
