I was thinking about ordering the red wine colored dress, but I was wondering if it was super see through or not? Thanks!

I have the black, wine, mauve, and green. Not see through at all. The dress is a good length, super comfy, and the pockets are just a bonus! Style with a long necklace, cardigan/kimono, and some cute shoes! Worth the purchase!

For 36c bust which size will be perfect?

I don’t think people should necessarily size up. I sized up like many here have recommended — but the dresses I’ve tried are huge. I don’t think there’s a one-size-fits-all approach. The problem isn’t necessarily the dresses — I think it’s the size chart.

The size chart should have a measurement RANGE — not a single measurement. With a range, it’s easier to decide whether to go larger, smaller, or stay with what the chart says the size is.

This dress definitely is sized by the bust. So, for example, my bust is 36.5”, which is between Medium and Large on the chart. It’s 1” bigger than the Medium, but 2” smaller than the Large. 
So:
1) Nearest size on chart
2) fabric is stretchy, 
3) I prefer dress comfortable, not too tight or too loose.  
4) Had sized up two dresses, but they were too big. 
 —  All this  tells me Medium is the right size for me for  this dress. But it’s still a theory until I try on Medium.

So my advice for most people is don’t size up or down. Rather, see which size on  the chart your bust measurement is closer to; and how you like the dress to fit. If you were me, but prefer the dress really loose, you may have liked  the large, instead of Medium. And if the fabric wasn’t as stretchy, that would change things. And since this is a theory, please comment on how it works for you.

38 c+ 127 pounds and 5'1.. will my top fit in a med or a small?

This runs small.  I bought a mauve medium (a similar style from a different seller, Auselilly, was perfect in a medium), and it is too small.  I’m a 36” bust.  Without stretching, the medium of this dress measures 34” at the bust.  It fits my daughters who are more like size 2/4.  While the fabric is stretchy, you really don’t want to rely on the stretch to fit.  The stretch does make it very comfortable to wear once you find the correct size.  I prefer the Auselilly dress for me (also 5’1”).

Question 4

What is the fit of the waist? Is it loose or does it touch the body?

The dress comes about an inch above my natural waist or 4 finger widths below my breast. It is very comfortable and the elastic is not tight. I am 5'5 and weigh 170 and got  large and it fits great
